La Boca Loca burger

Out to the 'burbs tonight (through the hail and wind). La Boca Loca is doing a pinto bean burger with a blue corn meal 'bun'. It comes with feta, avocado and a nice tomato sauce. On the side is wedges and a green creamy sauce. I thought the bean patty had a depth of flavour that is to be commended and the corn meal tortilla-style bun was really superb - toothsome but worked well at holding most of the burger together. One suggestion is to add a bit of spice and more feta to the burger. Nice margaritas and guacamole were a plus. 4.1/5
