Dragonfly burger

I had the Dragonfly burger on Friday night. It is a whole tempura battered soft shell crab in a burger with some slaw and dressing. The crab was crispy and tasty, and the burger bun was good. However, I ended up adding some of my green papua salad to the burger to give it more flavour/zing/freshness. The burger came with fried lotus crisps which were nondescript but stackable - as most fried things are. 3.6/5
